  Hi.

  My name is Drew … … … and … … … I am old ;-), not literate when it comes to ‘WordPress creation,’ … … … and, well, lazy … … …

  As such, before I give my pennies from heaven [I’m a Minister! +:-) ] away to your fine organization is there anyway that I can talk to a live human being via the ‘old school’ way of a phone [please note: I am not using a ‘land-line!’]

  There is no telephone support at WordPress.com. An upgraded plan gives you access to Livechat with the Happiness Engineers.
  However you don’t have to pay money if you don’t need a custom domain address etc. You can set up a free site if you wish. With a free site you can get support from volunteers and staff right here in this forum. This covers most things you need to know: https://learn.wordpress.com/
