I'm ready to move my subscribers to my self-hosted site

  I’m ready to move my subscribers from the wordpress.com site to my self-hosted site. It said the last step is to contact wordpress but I was directed here.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Yes. Please provide the links to your old and new sites. And confirm that you have installed JetPack on your wp.org site. Staff will make the transfer so please subscribe to this topic so you’ll be notified when they respond.

  I’ve got the same issue of needing my stats and subscribers transferred please. I’ve installed and connected jetpack as described in other threads and hope that someone can assist.

  My old blog is timtopham.wordpress.com and my self-hosted blog is now at timtopham.com.
