I'm repeatedly ask to verify my email, even though I click on email link every time

  Hello,

  I’m having the following issue. In my WP.com home, I have a sign telling me to verify my email address by clicking a link. Now I received the confirmation email, I did click the link but the sign is still there. I did this several times now, but it’s of no use. I think this is also preventing me for posting my revised version of my first post.

  One more thing: I set this account up by creating a Gravatar identity. Every time I check the confirmation link, I’m lead to a webpage telling me something about Gravatar.

  Hi,
  Try this,
  Login to WordPress.com, copy paste the confirmation link into the browser and see if that helps verify the email address.

  There have been issues with the confirmation emails lately. I have also tagged this thread for a staff to look into. Please be patient while they get back.

  I am experiencing the same problem for activation and I did the copy paste and get a message telling me I am activated. But when you get onto the page to post something I am in the same loop about needing to confirm. I have done this 6 times today.

  I also signed up with Gravatar and after the confirm it takes me to Gravatar.

  Looking forward to a resolution. thank you
