  Sorry, as all the warnings said when you deleted it, the name can never be reused again. You will have to pick a similar name or use a domain mapping for something like nwdz.org

  It cannot be re-used. When you delete something, it is gone permanently. That’s what the warnings say. If you had kept it and just taken out the contents, it would be available to give to someone else who wanted it.
