I'm still not able to move forward

    I emailed requesting assistance recovering my old URD greenwomanyc.me. I received a response indicating I should have the info I need on the last email I received from you. It was a renewal notice from April 25, 2019. That email doesn’t have any numbers/IDs besides this tiny number on the bottom of the page 2484217910. Does this number help me at all with recovery? This is the content of that April 25th 2019 email:

    Hi there,

    I did find a Renewal Notice in my inbox from April 25, 2019.

    You’ll have a transaction ID for sure then. You can find it on the email or look at the charge. Here’s how:

    Don’t submit it here, but do put it on the recovery form. And if you run into issues with that, just let us know.
