im super confused and really nice.. just need some help

i bought a plan through blue host, the business plan for a year, and i cant seem to get that linked up with my word press account so i cant start this web site.

The Business Plan of Bluehost is in no way related to the wordpress.com platform. Bluehost Support is the only one who can help you in this matter.

To expand a little on the answer above, the forum you’re posting in now is for the hosting provider, WordPress.com. We’re not the same thing as the WordPress software you’re using at Bluehost. That software is made by the community over on WordPress.org:
Your WordPress.com account has no connection with that site, though you can link your site here using a plugin called Jetpack, that will give you access to our stats, subscription features, and sharing buttons, to name just a few things.
For help with your plan and anything related to your domain or hosting, you can contact Bluehost support directly.
For help with using the WordPress software, you can ask the WordPress.org community at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ – they both make and provide support for that software.
