I'm the admin, but all my posts are "pending review"

No one else has access to the blog. I’ve managed twenty-six posts without incident, and yet today I can’t post anything. My only options are to save as draft or save as pending review. There is no option to approve my pending posts.
I’ve looked at the user information and I’m still listed as the administrator, so I can’t figure out why it’s doing this or how to fix it.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I don’t see anything that would prevent you from carrying out administrator actions.
Can you please try clearing your browser’s cookies and cache?

I cleared my cache and cookies and tried again, but nothing changed. I tried it in both Firefox and Chrome in case it was a browser setting, but it simply won’t let me publish any new posts.
I just tried giving a second user account administrator access and was able to do so. That account can’t publish new posts either.

I just checked and I am capable of publishing via email. Just not the web interface. Since it’s two different browsers with this problem, I’m having a hard time figuring out what’s causing it.

I see that you have two admins on this blog. Is the other user able to publish without issue?

I’ve got it figured out now. It was an add-on I’d downloaded. Once I switched computers I was able to nail it down. Thank you for the help!
