I'm told I have no site when I do

I have a free account site and I have two issues.
One is that my password is not recognized. I go into lost password and it requires that I have an authentication code which I do not. They keep sending me emails but I don’t receive them at the email I provided.
Second, when I click on the “My Site” icon at the upper left, it says that I do not have any sites when I do.

Your account giordanohernandez indeed doens’t have a site running on the wordpress.com platform. Your site globalwarmingbasics.org is connected to another account of yours. As you have a paid plan, you can use the Transaction ID to restore access to your other account at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

I do not have a paid plan. Do you know the url of my other account? I never had this problem before. Why now?

globalwarmingbasics.org is running on the wordpress.com platform. As it has a custom domain it must have a paid plan.
