  You can add your Facebook page to your site using Facebook Page Plugin (Widget) : https://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-integration/#facebook%C2%A0page-plugin

  You can show your Facebook profile, not page, on your blog using Facebook badge widget: https://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-integration/#facebook-badges
