Hello!
I’m trying to buy another plan for my blog but I just can’t do it. Every time I try, I get this message saying there’s a problem with my card. I’ve contacted my credit card operator and they say everything is fine. There’s nothing on my card stopping me from purchasing online. What do you think could be happening? I really need a help because right now, my audience is growing up and I simply can’t use the free plan anymore.

Oh, yes! Finally! Thanks for reaching out! But the wordpress.com credit card transaction is still being recognized by my visa card as a dangerous one. I could purchase only through paypal because I called my credita card company and explained the situation!

What country is the credit card attached to? Brazil? With PayPal, there are payment restrictions for some countries – Brazil is okay, but if it is tied to a different country, that may be the reason you are having trouble.

It is actually in Brazil! What I learned from this is that if I wish to upgrade my plan on wordpress in the future, I’m going to have to use paypal.

If you had another credit card, I would try that as well in the future just to make sure that it is not the other card you used. We normally do not have any issues with credit cards from Brazil.
