Please note, the billing date for my domain name was today (I forgot I still had it, and meant to cancel previously), and I would appreciate a reply in a timely manner before the refund window closes (it seems to range from 48-96 hours, but it’s hard to sort out so much outdated info when it comes to wordpress).
As it stands, it seems like a vast oversight that wordpress seems to lack a simple and direct way for customers to contact staff regarding things like refunds. If there is a way to do this, my apologies, and please let me know, but as it stands, it seems like a very unfriendly and borderline tricky way to handle customers.

We do offer email and chat support for users with paid plans. The forums are a place to get support on a free plan.

As for your domain, we could cancel and issue a refund, however, it seems that you have already opened a dispute and you have received an email from us with further steps. Please reply to that email if you have more questions about this.
