@sewscenemacmillan2017 This is something you should have been able to do yourself via “Manage Purchases”. You need to act quickly before the 48 hour period expires if you wish to cancel your domain sewscene.com. Perhaps you should try again if you’re sure you’ve changed your mind about your new site.

Note that cancelling your domain within 48 hours may give you the chance to purchase it again elsewhere in a few days time but there are no guarantees.

I’ve read up how to do it and it keeps chucking up an error message “unable to cancel your purchase, please try again later or contact customer support”.Of course my 48 hours is nearly up so need a moderator to look into this so I don’t fall short of time.

Our logs show that you successfully cancelled all upgrades in your account about two minutes before creating this forum thread. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
