  I’ve been going in circles for months now not able to go into the site to add products.

  I’m trying to change the username and passworld but getting this message:

  A password reset email has been sent to the email address on file for your account, but may take several minutes to show up in your inbox. Please wait at least 10 minutes before attempting another reset.

  Never getting the email they are promising they will send.

  I called the 800 number and they said email them ,can’t email because Ican’t loging

  Any way you can help change .

  wordpress.com doesn’t have phone support, so you certainly did call someone totally unrelated to wordpress.com.
  What is the URL of your site?
