Im trying to contact some one about my site

    I’ve got an email about payment for my site and it’s a final notice I’ve tried emailing the person and logging on to the link they sent but haven’t had any joy. My mobile is [redacted] or is there a contact number I can call to sort it out

    Apologies, but we can’t help with your issue directly because we don’t host airdigitalstudio.com on our WordPress.com managed hosting.

    To explain, we are a fully managed hosting provider and use a custom server environment that is optimized for WordPress, provides built-in security and performance improvements, as well as in-house support for your site questions.

    Because of the way we’ve optimized our service, we also use a customized version of WordPress that is different (under the hood) from what you use at Bluehost. As a result, we do not have access to any billing you may have with them, since we are a separate provider.

    The good news is that your hosting provider may be able to help in this instance. I recommend contacting Bluehost for further assistance with your billing questions. They are in the best position to help. Thanks!
