I'm trying to delete all content from my site and start over

  It says to contact you and ask you to do it. I can’t get rid of old comments to blogs that don’t exist anymore. I’ve wiped everything but they are still there. I’d rather just nuke the site and start again fresh with a new template.

  I don’t see any way to contact you other than through these public forums.

  Deleting content from one site does not affect comments to other sites, existent or not. If you delete all comments on a website or blog, it will now have zero comments. Where are you seeing the “comments to blogs that don’t exist anymore?”

  if you are worried about comments that its better that you delete all the comment instead of deleting blog’s content.

  Here’s how to empty your site of content so that you can start fresh with the same site address:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/

  If by comments you mean Feedback from a contact form you had on your old site, you can delete those by going to your WP Admin Dashboard>Feedback>Feedback and use the Bulk Edit feature to delete all the existing feedback. Bulk Edit works the same on this screen.
