I'm trying to delete my blog but it won't allow me to

We have a new blog and the redirect doesn’t work. We want to kill the old blog but it won’t allow me to do so because I have premium upgrade THAT I CAN’T DELETE. It’s all very frustrating.

Premium themes have to be (1) removed by Staff or (2) transferred to another site of yours before the site they are on currently can be deleted. Deleting a site with upgrades https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/#deleting%C2%A0a-site-with-upgrades
If Staff removes the theme for you, you won’t be able to get it back. And, if you delete the site, its name will not become available again, so do not use that option to “start over”.
If you’ll confirm you understand that, Staff will act for you. Just state exactly which of the two options you want to pursue.

Hi @squaretrade, I can delete the theme if you’ll acknowledge you won’t get it back. Please note as well, you won’t get the old site URL back again either. Confirm and we’ll go from there.
Also, I noticed you mentioned the redirect isn’t working. You actually don’t have that upgrade. If you have SEO and links to the old site, consider getting this instead of deleting, so you don’t lose that traffic:
