I'm trying to delete on page, not a blog. How do I do that?

I’ve got two, one page is about kidney issues the other is debt free living. I just want to be able to toggle between them. Can I at least change my blog url? How do I create another page? It’s been a while since I’ve used this, but it’s gotten a little more complicated.

Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and the only exceptions are made are for URLs that were deleted 2 or more years ago. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/
You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/
Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.

And, exactly which wordpress.COM username account registered that site?
