I'm trying to get a refund and nothing is loading

  I got an email two hours ago about a charge from wordpress and I tried to go to my user dashboard to request a refund and nothing is loading or showing up for me. I don’t want the time to count against me and really need to get a full refund for this. I’m not longer using the site at all. Any assistance on this matter would be welcome, thank you.
