  Hi there!

  Unfortunately, it looks like that theme is retired and no longer available to use on WordPress.com

  It was this theme: https://theme.wordpress.com/retired/Greyzed/

  There are quite a few that do offer a left widget area and a two-column design as well: https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/features/two-columns+left-sidebar/?sort=free

  You won’t be able to install the theme on WordPress.com and as far as I can tell there is no way of downloading it and if there was it would be fairly outdated.
