  I’m trying to get backend access to this website but the lost password page won’t help. I don’t have access to either the email account of the person who created this page. I just work for this business I need to update this page. However, talking to a person on wodpress.com requires paying for a subscription plan. Is this the only route to get access this site backend? Thank you.
