I’m trying to import my site but the import stops loading after a certain point.

    Hello,

    I made a website and now I’m trying to import the file, but when it’s loading the import stops and it freezes at certain points in the import process. How do I get it to completely import?

    Thanks for writing to us. For clarification, which site are you running that import on? We can reset the tool on our end which typically does the trick.
