We don’t have mail servers here. Have you followed these instructions http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/
-
Yes and it keeps telling me the info I’m entering is incorrect. I’m thinking its because my domain has hyphens in it.

Hi standstrongenterprises,
What information are you entering and for which domain?
Also, what’s the exact error message?
-
Hyphens should not make a difference – but the formatting is real critical and not real obvious to those that don’t do these things all the time – when I moved I had to get help from two very senior Web Admin types
-
MX <10> <mail.stand-strong-enterprises.com>.
TXT <v=spf1 ip4:184.173.239.119 a mx include:stand-strong-enterprises.com-all>
CNAME <stand-strong-enterprises.com> <www>.
A <stand-strong-enterprises.com> <184.172.186.24>It’s telling me I have to enter a sub domain and an ip

Those records should be just fine.
Are you seeing the error on our end, or your mail provider’s end?
-
-
Oh, sorry, it’s the < and > characters.
Try saving the records without those, exactly like you see in the example screenshot at http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/custom-dns/
