I'm trying to paste the code from paypal donate button into the text widget

  I selected the code from paypal. right clicked to copy.
  Went into wordpress, opened the text widget in the sidebar. Typed DONATE in the heading
  Pasted the code into the big box below the heading where the code is supposed to go
  The code was visable, so it all looks okay.
  Then I click SAVE and then most of that code disappears and it leave only about three lines of code.
  I tried three times and its the same everytime.

  Hi,

  You won’t be able to use the code directly from PayPal as we restrict certain kinds of code (which is why some of the code disappears).

  Can you try the steps on this support doc to insert a PayPal button on your site?

  And don’t use the encrypted version. It won’t work.
