WordPress.com does not accept incoming domain transfers. You can, however, map an existing domain, that you purchased elsewhere.
In order to remove the .wordpress.com URL and replace that with a domain URL you have to purchase an upgrade. See https://wordpress.com/pricing/
What domain mapping does is providing a seamless redirect to the very same content under the new domain URL when a person clicks the old URL to the original content.
Note that each upgrade bundle applies to a single blog only and is for a single year only when it is due to be renewed.
We all pay in full for every upgrade at the time of purchase. Make sure you read the comparison very closely do you know exactly what the restrictions and limitations on WordPress.COM blogging are: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

Oh, hey thank you for replying but actually the domain I wanted was
TexasITSolutions.wordpress.com
but it says it’s already taken. So I tried visiting it & there was nothing found. I tried the actual web for TexasITSolutions.com & nothing.
IDK why I can’t change my blog to that address but I ended up deciding on TexasITServices. I’ll pay for TexasITSolutions.com/.org later.
