  I’m trying to renew my subscription
  and need to change some details but when I load the page no text comes up so I can’t. What can I do about it?

  Hi there,

  What exactly are you trying to renew? The account you’re using to post here does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com, and neither of the sites in your account have upgrades that belong to another user on the site.
