I’m trying to upgrade my site, but I get an error message

  When I try to upgrade to a premium site, I get an error message that ‘purchasing services are not available.’ Can you please help?

  It looks like your post went straight into Spam, sorry for not replying sooner.
  I doesn’t look like the purchases on your account are blocked and I see that you’ve already upgraded your account to Premium.
