  Hi & Hello!
  I have 2 problems.
  I’m new-one here, i wanted to change my blog’s theme and unable to find the way to upload new on. (current theme is Andears04)
  And the second one is, I wanted to add Plugins. I’m unable to find ‘Plugins’ link which is not appearing in the left panel.
  Help!

  Please read this:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  wp.COM users can not upload new themes from the internet.
  wp.COM users can not use plugins.

  They are using Theme: Andreas04 by – the links section has all links to .ORG including new Themes and Plug-in’s – if that is the default links section there would be a bit less confusion if the links to .ORG, Plug-in’s and new Themes were taken out it would help.
