I’m unable to launch my website

  Please help me launch my website
  I’ve done everything i can think of but it’s not allowing me to choose the free plan
  Even if i enter the free domain that is .WordPress.com it wouldn’t allow me to select it.

  I am having the same issue.

  When I log into wordpress.com and click on “add new site” it takes me to a page to choose the domain. If I click on the link to “claim your free custom domain later” it takes me to a page to choose a plan, but the free plan does not appear.

  If I click on the “Sign Up” button for the free plan on this page: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
  It takes me to a page that says “Hooray! Your site will be ready shortly.” and just hangs on this page.

  Hi @milliondreamstowrite, it seems like you have already created a free site, do you still need help with that?

  
  @mairabay, would you be able to send us screenshots of the pages where you are choosing a domain and the one with plans? You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/), or follow the instructions described here:
