I'm unable to post

When I click on the large W in the upper left hand corner of my screen and bring down the ‘new post’ tab nothing happens. It goes to a blank screen. There used to be a post tab among the options on the coulmn on the left but that is no longer there. I also cannot locate my ‘links’ tab.

I tried going to the link you sent — it prompted me to login and would not accept my pw. I closed the browser, opened another one, and went to wordpress.com and successfully logged in. I saw the new post tab on the left, clicked on it took me back to the previous screen still leaving me unable to post.
Is this a browser issue? Is it possible my account was hacked in some way?

Do you have a single WordPress.com username account or do you have more than one WordPress.com username account?

This is a single wordpress account.
I do have another blog which I have a domain to, but that has a separate user name and pw. There is no issue with that blog and I use the same browser.
I don’t if this will work fromn your end but here is a link to the screen I get when I try to post.

I do not log into my blog from the front page of WordPress.com. I do not use the link on that page to create a new post. I log in directly to my blog and I create new posts in my dashboard. If that link does not work for you then you will have to contact Staff.

Oh my, this sparked something. I was returning to an old link and was able to login but I wasn’t at the mzcreative.wordpress.com link.
For what it’s worth, for a newbie, there is no way to know what’s wrong. Like, how can I be in this forum and not have access to my blog? There my be some logic to it, but not for me.

So, I’m not getting this at all. I’m logged in with a username thisismz, but there is no thisismz.wordpress.com registered.

I’m contacting support. Learning something new can sometimes be exasperating. Pretty sure there will be a DOH! moment coming up for me. Operator error. :(
