I'm unhappy with my page's layout. I'd like links etc. to appear along the side.

Hi there, I’m unhappy with the layout of my page. I’d like the links etc. (which currently appear at the bottom of the page, underneath all recent posts), to appear along the side of the page, with the “Follow” button far more visible. I’ve read the relevant information and I still don’t seem to be able to organise my page as I want it.
Any help would be much appreciated.

In the old days there were sidebars on virtually every theme but those days are gone. Please consult the detailed theme description and visit the live demo site.

http://booklitedemo.wordpress.com/The theme you have chosen is a one column theme with footers for widgets. It is not designed to have the layout you prefer. If you want a theme with sidebars then you will have two options:
1. Choose another theme that is a 2 column theme designed to have a sidebar http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/features/two-columns/
2. Purchase an annually renewable custom design upgrade and do the required CSS editing to add a sidebar to the Book Lite theme.

I followed the link to the two columns and I know which theme I want to use. Unfortunately, I don’t think I have quite enough content to use it yet, but I will use this as motivation to work hard on the blog for the next week or so and change it then!
