  How do I upload this website to Accuweb hosting?

  You can export the content on that site at My Site ->Tools ->Export.

  https://wordpress.com/support/export/

  That will give you a file that you can import to any platform that supports WordPress imports. If you’re setting up a self-hosted WordPress site at Accuweb, you’ll first need to install the WordPress software on your server with them, and then use the WordPress importer plugin to import that file.

  But only your content can be moved in this way. It’s not possible to download your entire WordPress.com site as-is, and upload it to another hosting provider.
