I’m using free plan, everything I try to do always ask for money

Add a plug-in “Free on Business plan”
Is there anything I can do other than the free templates that I could actually use.
I want to try and make a contact form, I’ve been searching online is it not possible to do it for free? (What are the things that could be done in a free plan) -
Ok so it seems it’s at the block part and you scroll down to get forms, although I don’t know how do I make the forms work. I now have forms but I don’t know how to make it work

Hi there, it sounds like you used the AI Site Builder to create your site. If that’s the case, you’ll need to upgrade to launch your site by purchasing the Personal plan or higher. The Personal plan includes the ability to install plugins. https://wordpress.com/pricing/
If you just want a free website, you’ll need to start over with a free site. And if you are new to building with WordPress.com, I can’t recommend this course highly enough https://wordpress.com/support/courses/create-your-website/
