I'm Using word press twenty thirteen

  I am looking in the header.php and need to know how to remove that ugly search bar. Everything I find online is about twenty 11 or 14 but can’t seem to find anything on 13.

  georgecano504.wordpress.com is NOT the site. I guess it just plugged that in there… It’s another word press site.
