I'm wondering if there is any Staff support for paid upgrades?

Hi,
One year ago I had two WordPress sites for my client (davidyachtdeliveries.com and dyd.pt). Initially I was the owner. Recently I transfer ownership of those sites for my client, hoping that with this action, the transfer option to renew the paid services were also transferred.
Now, he is the owner and he doesn´t see the Renew button on My Upgrades page, so that he himself can proceed with payments for all WordPress services.

I’m going to refer you back to the original post you linked to, which has already been tagged for Staff assistance.
Staff are at a whole company get-together right now and they will get to your tagged forum thread. I know it is hard to be patient for a reply, but whatever needs taking care of will be done from their end.

Please don’t post in the original thread – the staff tend to work requests from oldest to newest – if you post into the old thread it will reset the apparent time to look like the request was made today
