  Hi there,

  Please give more specific details about exactly what problem(s) you’re facing. Are you unable to remove an image and add a new one? Or unable to edit the image’s information in My Site > Site > Media?
  What have you tried, what were you expecting and what actually happened?
  Sometimes clearing cache and cookies helps with problems like these.
