Hi, we’ve got some tips here:
https://wordpress.com/support/images/editing-an-image/Does that help? If not, send more details and a link to your site, and we’ll go from there.

Greetings, Thanks for the help. However, I never receive an edit an image button. It always comes up as done. Do I need a certain style picture (JPEG) or will any style of picture work for the feature? Thanks again.

Also it says I have to set my privacy settings to public. Would that affect it? Here is my site for information if it helps. https://wordpress.com/media/images/jorskogblogtu.wordpress.com

Hi there,
You should be able to crop both JPEG and PNG images. But I see the only site in your account is set to private, and if you look at the info-box right at the top of the support page @supernovia linked to, you’ll see the image editing feature is not available on private sites.
That said, the media library image editor is very basic, and editing an image there will also use up more of your storage space, as the media library creates a copy of the file with your edits while keeping the original saved as well.
It’s much better to use dedicated photo editing software like Lightroom, Gimp, or one of the many free online photo editing tools to make these kinds of changes, and then upload the already-edited image to your site instead.
