Image Adding through Links is Hampering Sites Domain Authority

    Wordpress is a wonderful software. But there is a problem which is surfacing. I lost my job once because of this problem. My own website is also being hampered. Here is the problem.

    Domain Authority and Page Authority are important factors in SEO which helps a page get ranking in search engine results. When a user of a wordpress website uses images of other sites in their own blog by inserting the link of image found on google or other websites, it hampers the ranking of that website from which the image is taken. This is because google considers irrelevant linking as spam. For more information on the topic anyone can search about the role of backlinks in SEO on google.

    I have lost my job once because of this mistake. I was adding image with wordpress using links which hampered other sites and in reverse they complaint about our site to google which cost our company a lot and me my job.

    This happened last week with me when I found that my DA and PA were brought down from 12 to 8 because some other person has used images from my site on there website. This is the main problem.

    So I request wordpress administrators to remove the adding image with links facility because it is hampering people’s years of hard work and dedication.
