Image Alignment. 4 Thumbnails
-
Hey I was wondering if anyone could help me align four thumbnail images, or even 5 or 6 of them. I’m trying to get them to appear side by side along the bottom of my homepage. Any tips or suggestions? I’m using the URLs of some images found on my Flickr. Doing, Upload > From Url. Please and thank you for the help!

Yes. The best approach is to create an HTML table.
http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_tables.asp‘<TABLE>
<TR>
<TD> IMAGE1 _CODE</TD>
<TD>IMAGE2 _CODE </TD>
<TD> IMAGE3 _CODE </TD>
<TD> IMAGE4 _CODE </TD>
</TR>
</TABLE>` -
P.S. remove the backticks `at the beginning and end of the code above. I had to use them to get the code to display.

I’m sorry I’m not very good at describing this but making tables is easy once you catch on. Basically what you want is 1 row with 4 cells for 4 thumbnails (like I have at the top of my sidebar with the media icons in it), or one row with 6 cells for 6 thumbnails.

The alignment buttons in the editor are for aligning text and they work find when it comes to wrapping text but not for what you want. I’m so glad I solved your problem. You’re welcome. :)
