Image and share buttons in subscription email

    Hi,
    I have just added the subscription widget to my blog and tested it out and it works (which is great!!). I just want to change a couple of things on the email that the subscribers receive. Firstly how do I change the gravatar image (I think that’s what it’s called) that comes up at the top of the email. It says it’s from Healthstyler which is me but the image is a purple check box not my gravatar image which is a sun.
    Secondly I have added share boxes to the bottom of my posts on the website, can I add these share buttons to the bottom of the subscription email after the post?
