Image appearing properly in front page, but not on post page.

  The featured image on my post looks okay as a thumbnail on the front page, but gets cut off when you click on the post. Is there an ideal picture size that will appear properly in both places? The post I am referring to is http://mantleofpower.org/2014/04/22/no-freedom-of-expression-tonight/
