Image as blog background

Question: I have the CSS upgrade and have tweaked my site close to how I want it. Colors, widths, custom header, etc. And I’ve toyed around with different background colors. But now I want to place an image as my background. Some use it like a wallpaper. I’ve already correctly done that and didn’t quite like it. I want to see if I can do something more along these lines (http://www.ndesign-studio.com/blog/wordpress/best-wordpress-sites/) with a centered, top-aligned image, no repeat. Can something like the above website’s background be done in wordpress.com? I would think so, but I must have the coding wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everybody in advance! I thought I could do it like this:body {
background:#XXXXXF url(‘full url here’) no-repeat scroll center top;
}The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
