image border

  I want to put a border around an image in my blog. In the editor I choose a border of 2 pixels. In the editor the border shows up at 2 pixels in width. when I save and publish the page, the image has no border. I am using a Macbook Pro with OS X Panther. I have tried viewing the page in Foxfire and in Safari with the same result, no border.
