  Can I use html in image captions? The html coding seems to get stripped out.

  Technically, we can use the “allowed” HTML in both image captions and descriptions. Here’s the skinny on what HTML tags are allowed: http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/

  If the HTML tag you are trying to use isn’t mentioned there, then you won’t be able to use it.
