Image change when sharing to Facebook

    I feel really frustrated. When I shared posts to FB before, the image in the post would be the icon/image that showed next to the title of the post with link. If there was no icon/image, the WordPress W would show. Since January 6th, all of my posts shared to FB have the picture on my About Me page as the icon/image. If I share posts directly by posting a link on my FB wall it allows me to choose the About Me pic or the WordPress W. How do I get it to go back to showing the pic of the actual post? It’s really important. Catches the eye.
