Hostinger is a separate provider, and they use the free open-source version of WordPress, which is why we are unable to help. You may find help through Hostinger support, but WordPress is just one of the many platforms the offer for install on your account, so they do not typically specialize in “WordPress” questions, but can be helpful if you have hosting and server config issues.
The free version of WordPress they use does not come with direct support since it’s not backed by any single company, so instead they offer community support in the forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/
