Image CSS Class – Theme Dependent?
-
Is adding “pull” to an image’s CSS Class, theme dependent?
I found “pull” described in a theme I demoed, but could not reproduce in Hemingway Rewritten.
Is there a list of potential CSS Classes? Just wondering. Thanks. – J

Hi there,
almost all CSS classes in themes are theme dependent, except for the ones generated by WordPress.
Hemingway Rewritten was developed by Anders Norén, so you should probably get to contact with him. Or see the source code in WordPress SVN repository, perhaps it can help you out. -
Thanks Mrlubomir for your reply. I assumed all is theme dependent. For me, the issue is finding a theme that has in this case, pull quotes, without looking at every theme individually. Is there a way to search for CSS attributes across themes?
Thanks again. – J

Hi, if you have the Custom CSS upgrade, you can easily make you own class, if that’s what you’re after.

No, not this time around. I’m just looking for a simple design with a few flourishes that is ‘plug & play.’ I’ve spent a lot of time doing CSS in the ePub world and frankly, it’s not my cup of tea. I’m no programmer.
Thanks for your reply. – J

There is no feature filter for “pull quotes” in theme search. http://theme.wordpress.com
I can recall only these two right now but more may come to me and if they do I’ll post again.

Thanks Timethief. I’m currently looking at Penscratch that does have a nice blockquote. Not exactly the pullquote I was seeking, but plenty fine for my readership. Cheers – J
