Image dimmension problems

  I have the following problem with images display in my posts.
  When I add an image to a post and set the size: Full size: 1024 x 683 or Custom: 1920 x1080 (or any large values)
  on the post the image will be resided to width=660px height=443px. If I change those values from code, image sizes
  remain unchanged (the width will be always 660px).

  Regenerating or resetting the image thumbnail would fix this problem?
  I tried to use the Regenerate Thumbnails Plug-in to fix this, but installing plug-ins is not supported on the Dashboard.
