Image display

Hi team, I can’t work out how to get the home page to display the right image for each blog post. Instead of displaying the main image for each one, it’s duplicating the images. Help!
WP.com: Yes
Correct account: YesThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there! Just to check, this was for https://voyagetoitaly.wordpress.com/ ?
What I might suggest you do first (if you haven’t done so already), is assign a unique Featured Image to each blog post:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/featured-images/Then, the next step is to head back to where you’re editing the homepage content so it shows your post summaries. In there, you have a Query Loop block to show your posts, and it seems very likely that instead of using the “Post Featured Image” inside the template for how each post should appear on your home page, you may just have a regular Image Block instead.
I’d suggest:
- Open the List View so you have an overview of what’s there:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-editor/use-list-view/ - Inside your Query Block, look at the Post Template block:
https://wordpress.com/support/site-editing/theme-blocks/query-loop-block - In the Post Template block, you may well have an Image Block – this can be removed.
- In its place, please try adding a Post Featured Image block:
https://wordpress.com/support/site-editing/theme-blocks/query-loop-block/#post-featured-image-block
This should get each post’s unique featured image showing as you’d expect! Remember to save your changes when you’re done, and it should be good to go. If you have any other questions, please do let us know!
- Open the List View so you have an overview of what’s there:
