Image display formatting
-
Hello,
I have an image that I assume is automatically formatted somehow by my wordpress theme. The problem is that it does not “format” the way in which I want it to. The top part of my head gets cut off. The “easy” fix is to just crop the image but then when you click the link you get a low-quality, cropped image and not the high res photo.
Is there a way to “slide” the photo down just a tad so that my head is not “missing” and or have two copy’s of an image, one that is “cropped” and then a 2nd high quality one when the link is clicked?
This is an example of what I am talking about for my web-site brevardaim.com

Turns out all I had to do was adjust the resolution of the picture and the theme did the rest for me.

Hi there,
Glad you figured it out. Just for future reference, your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider.
For general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community over at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, while for help with your theme or a specific plugin it would be best to contact support for that theme/plugin directly.
