Image does not appear on blog homepage

  I’ve uploaded an .jpeg to my first post. The image dislplays perfectly in the “visual” part of the editor. But when i save the post and take a look at my blog, the picture doesn’t appear. only when I click on the post’s link, i can see the picture. I’d like to show the picture on the homepage. Can anybody help me please

  The theme you chose only displays a short excerpt of a post on the main page. It’s how the theme is designed, the author’s choice. you will have to choose a different theme.
